System Configuration and Maintenance: Configure, deploy, and maintain servers, workstations, and network devices to ensure optimal performance and reliability.• Software Installation and Upgrades: Install, upgrade, and configure software applications and operating systems as needed across various platforms.• Security Management: Implement and maintain security protocols, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems. Monitor systems for security breaches and take corrective action when necessary.• Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies. Perform regular backups and conduct recovery operations as required.• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Respond to system-related issues, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software problems promptly to minimize downtime.• User Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users, assist with system-related queries, and conduct user training sessions when necessary.• Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain system documentation, including configurations, processes, and procedures.
