Client and UI engineers build the Netflix application platform, streaming engine and the user experiences used by current and future Netflix members across all devices including laptops/desktops, phones/tablets, SmartTv's, game consoles, set-top boxes and streaming sticks. • Collaborate with the functional recruiting and staffing teams, as a technical search expert, to strategize and implement technical pipeline generation efforts• Support the organization by building a pipeline of engineers through researching and sourcing passive candidates for hire at Google Headquarters - Mountain View, CA• Manage engineering candidates through Google's multi-faceted hiring process, maintaining a focus on excellent candidate experience and acting as a candidate advocate throughout the process• Manage all sourcing metrics and implement creative sourcing strategies to achieve hiring goals• Qualify and engage candidates for technical and cultural fit

• Sales process support, lead generation and segment account support for the Industry Solutions Practice Managers, Mobility Application Consultants & Direct Sellers to expedite the sales cycle and increase sales revenue for aligned sales centers• Responsible for delivering consistency for AT&T message; go to market methodology and representing sales process to clients• Represent the synergy/alignment of opportunities between segments/verticals by customizing the platform for unique niches• Collaborate and align closely with the Mobility Application Consultants, Industry Solutions Practice horizontal team & product team to build the strategy for selling the new solution and to build a robust, healthy funnel• Ensure that customer's feedback is funneled to the Director to shape the product as appropriate• Engage in the planning and implementation of programs that support organizational objectives for volume, revenue, profit, retention and satisfaction• Serve as sales leader with strategic customers to ensure successful relationship management

• Generate interest in istation through cold calls and email prospecting within geographic territory• Conduct effective product demonstrations with school administrators and key district and state personnel via online webinars or face to face meetings• Follow up after sales to achieve referrals, grow existing business, and ensure customer satisfaction• Manage prospective customers throughout the entire sales process

• Prospect, cold call and develop new business relationships via a protected geographic territory to companies with 1-49 employees• Generate revenue by developing market potential through lead generation, networking, recommending products/services, and closing sales• Meet with decision-makers to analyze their needs and identify areas for ADP to provide value added service improvements• Maintain current knowledge of ADP products, cultivate and develop professional referral channels with CPA’s, accountants and banks

• Met and exceeded sales quota/target for wireless phones, services, accessories, and home wired services• Handled all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, and accepting customer payments• Maintained strong knowledge of new wireless products, accessories, pricing plans and service features
