Guest Service Representative, Front Desk, Hotel Operation Register and assign rooms to guests Provide quotes for room rates and up sells the guest when possible. Control and issue keys to rooms and assisted in coordinating of for the Front Desk and the Housekeeping Department. Determine if the guests is eligible for credit.
