Антикризисное и оперативное управление предприятием. Увеличение объёмов производства за счёт развития ассортимента производства, собственной розничной сети и транспортной составляющей. Проведена реструктуризация долгов, привлечён кредит на развитие, риобретены оборудованные передвижные прицепы-лари, открыты несколько фирменных магазина, проведён ребрендинг, заключены новые договора на поставку скота с местными хозяйствами. Предприятие в течении года вышло на полную загрузку по убою скота и производству колбасной продукции.
