 Conduct daily shift briefing to the team,Butlers,lobby Butlers, Butler runners, Monitor and review Quality Standards for the Department Ensure that all associates comply with the grooming and uniform standard Responsible for the all the trainings for Butler team of 54 staff members Handling for Royal suite operations Attend promptly to all guest complaints and requests and resolve accordingly  Ensure service standards are consistently reviewed and monitored, and in compliance with brand standards and 3rd party inspection standards Leading, motivating and continuously developing the Butler team in order to maximize associate productivity and guest satisfaction Implement strategies aimed at cost minimization, productivity maximization without reduction of consistency and quality Standards Conducting regular performance feedback and review to the team. Evaluating employees, recognizing of work well done and performing disciplinary actions when necessary Responsible for maintaining inventory levels, maintenance and general upkeep of equipment and operating supplies Ensures that Butlers adhere to guest privacy and Hotel Health and Safety policies/procedures and quality standards at all times Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the Director of Butler Services and Butler Services Managers, to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the rooms department Work closely with the In-Room Dining, Housekeeping, Engineering to create indelible experiences for guests and make them feel at home Ensure to assist all the guests with packing/unpacking of suitcases and organizing of personal items and ward robe Any other duties as per changes in operation procedures or as assigned by superior

 Leading a team of 11 associates. Assisting manager in day to day operations  Taking briefings on a daily basis before the start of the shift. Preparing weekly duty roaster, daily duty allocation. Developing guest relations, and resolving complaints. Tele calling to market the hotel promotions ,food and beverage outlets.  Preparing and maintaining the store requisitions.  Accountable for inventories & controlling cost of the outlet. Preparing monthly reports like menu engineering analysis ,profit & loss, beverage sale report Negotiating the buffet prices and planning the menu courses.  Work closely with other departments in the hotel to provide proficient service to the guest.
