Ensures training, readiness, and effectiveness for global, steady-state, wartime operations, and multiple weapon systems. Leads and strengthens AF Reserve partnerships with Regular Air Force units across multiple wings, locations, and missions. Maintains certifications and chairs boards, including Continuous Process Improvement, HR, FM, Sexual Assault Prevention/Response, and Equal Opportunity. Oversees wing inspection/compliance program and leads team for the USAF Unit Effectiveness Inspection concept.
