Celebrating my achievement in passing the NPQSL (National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership, UK) and with twenty years of international teaching of English and Spanish in American and IB Curriculum schools in seven countries, I am looking forward to working with a staff to foster inclusion and belonging across a school.My background is diverse and inclusive as well. Not only do I keep abreast of the latest research and support for Multilingual Education, but I also have extensive experience in guiding Conflict Transformation Across Cultures and Social Justice Education. In the past three years, I have been a member of AIELOC and the ISS Diversity Collaborative and have a passion for improving myself and educational environments for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice, and Belonging and I find that IB Continuum Education is the best way to support that.I prefer to uplift educators and positive leadership.Before my teaching career, I worked in business-Truck Manufacturing and Engineering-and the experience of balancing 150+ Million Dollar budgets, Lean Manufacturing Enterprise Certification and understanding infrastructures helps me as a leader in complex educational environments.
