Headquartered in Planegg, Bavaria, Sanacorp operates with a network of 19 branches across the country, ensuring efficient distribution of vital medical supplies to pharmacies nationwide.In my role as Chief of Staff (CoS) to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Sanacorp, I play a critical part in driving our company's top-line growth. I collaborate closely with the CCO, providing strategic support across procurement, sales, marketing, and sales controlling as well as for our cooperative program "mea -meine apotheke" .My focus areas include: Market Insights and Strategy: I leverage market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, informing strategic decision-making as well as being in charge of the strategic planning process.Project Management and Execution: I oversee key projects, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with overall sales and marketing goals of Sanacorp.Communication and Collaboration: I foster seamless communication and collaboration between the CCO's office and various departments like strategic procurement, sales, marketing, finance.Digital Transformation: As CoS I am also the driver of digital transformation. By introducing new tools and processes, I constantly improve the digitalization in our company.The dynamic and multifaceted nature of this role keeps me constantly engaged and learning within the pharmaceutical industry.
