In addition to providing Outsourced HR Generalist services to our clients, I manage a team of cross-functional administrative assistants who provide support to the firm both internally and to all its service lines. I collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures that ensure the firm remains compliant with all relevant laws and runs effectively as it continues to grow. Because I have both a deep and broad understanding of our systems, I can contribute to the streamlined integration of large-scale initiatives into the firm's standards.
