It is basically a CRM solution SFDC. Testing mainly focuses on the integration part for sales from one sandbox to other. Conversion of Lead to an Opportunity, Contact and Account with or without Campaign and the flow from a Lead to creation of a Quote.Description: In this project I am working as a QA-QE resource. Basically I work on automation for In-sprint and Regression testing, but when rigorous testing needed I do support as a QE to write and execute test cases manually.

Capture, MyQ and Swiss are different instances for a Bank to process documents to process request. It has many channels to send the document to the organization like Fax, Email, Esig, Scan, ICscan. We send the documents using all the channels and validate and verify those in MyQ (Web application) and in Swiss (Window application) with proper data. Capture mainly handles the channelisation of the document.Client: Cisco Responsibilities: Manual VOIP testing, production support, Automaton testing on Selenium C#.Functional testing, Regression testing, Browser compatibility testing.Products/Tools/Environment : CDETS, BUGZILLA, Rally, Selenium using C# and TestNGJob Role: Different kind of web testing for conferences using Browser compatibility and server testing by establishing SSH connection or by mapping different database, Manual Testing, Regression testing, Sanity and Smoke test and Automation testing. Through Daily Stand ups ensuring all the work flow for agile is on track.About Project : This application is to manage a huge number of conferences at the same time without conflicting other call/conferences. Testing focuses on web based testing that includes functionality as well for the Tandberg Management Suite and it’s add on TMSPE (TMS provisioning extension – for supporting huge number of users) for different OS and different browser (based on OS), and on verifying the basic call model and Media path through MCU/Conductor/Telepresence server towards various types of endpoints managed by Call Manager (CUCM) and VCS. Experienced GUI based testing on Tandberg product software and endpoint and Conductor/TS based software.
