Managed advertising vendor accounts, networked to increase sales and engagement, tracked social media leads, and coordinated community relations with top Las Vegas non-profits.

Managed social media accounts, curated content, designed graphics, and produced video projects for multiple clients, including The Neon Museum, DK Las Vegas, Downtown Vegas Alliance, Communities in Schools of Southern Nevada, and the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Foundation. Also championed live social media event coverage for nonprofits, including the 2021 Battle for Vegas charity softball game featuring Vegas Golden Knights and Las Vegas Raiders players.

Created and operated a social media consulting company with a mission to help small businesses grow their social media presence while learning about social media branding, importance of engaging, and behind the scenes coverage. It was a small business allowing for small businesses the opportunity to hire a social media manager.

Responsible for providing consistent, positive, professional and timely responses to queries, issues and complaints raised by existing Diamond Resorts International® members and potential members, whilst capturing and maintaining feedback in relation to membership, operational procedures and company activity. Priority given to communication received addressed to Founder and Chairman and any other member of the Executive Office and Social Media activities.Also responsible for managing interactions on Social Media websites such as Facebook, Twitter and third-party review organizations. Analyze relevant data and produce weekly and monthly reports on all incoming Hospitality Management Department inquiries. Managed a team of three sales associates while building Laura Mercier cosmetic brand awareness through creation of business plan, event planning and executions, brand marketing, clientele expansion, personal sales, and customer service. Selected Accomplishments: Fully booked events generating more than $10,000 a day.  Increased year to date sales by $100,000.  National company recognition within Laura Mercier and Nordstrom.

Designed promotional components for airport events, created marketing components for local business, and undertook employee relations in the volunteer category. Selected Accomplishments: Creation of the policy handbook for the Eugene Airport’s Navigator volunteers. Book is in current use.  Recruitment and booking of local talent for “Music In The Terminal” event.

Accompanied and collaborated with a team of four in development of a strategic public relations plan to help increase retention rates. Plan included focus group and market research, customer communications, and solution evolvement. Selected Accomplishments: Plan is in active use.

Assisted in organizing and branding three major international summer events and collaborated with brand manager to complete annual brand plans, market research analysis, and sales figure analysis. Selected Accomplishments: Use of suggested designs and branding during Tuborg Green Fest and Beer Festival.  Completion of brand and event reports for Carlsberg headquarters.

Primary task was recruiting new employees from current employees' contact lists. I was recognized as one of the leading recruiters in the NorPac region. I increased the recruiting rate up to 67%. I was in charge of training other recruiters as well as training employees. As an office manager, I had the responsibility to plan team events and presentations on specific topics relating to the sales job.

Organized and implemented a special event through community relations, social media relations, and local businesses outreach program. Selected Accomplishments: Development of media list for company’s use in all projects.  Sponsorships from local Subway and banks.  Annual event included a strong attendance of more than 80 people.

Recruited, styled, and directed models in a photo shoot and wrote supporting article for a graduating edition of the magazine. Selected Accomplishments: Published article in the Volume 2, Issue 4 Magazine.
