About Neil Schwartzman

I am the Executive Director of CAUCE, a non-profit organization that represents the interests of internet users to governments, law enforcement, and international industry associations. For over 25 years, I have been leading the fight against abusive online activity and advocating for user rights and safety. My mission is to create a more secure and trustworthy internet for everyone.I have a proven track record of innovation and leadership in the field of cybersecurity and anti-abuse. I wrote the world's first distributed spam filter, discovered the underlying concept for the email industry standard DMARC, and led the anti-phishing operations for iCloud. I have also contributed to the public good by serving on various committees, working groups, and task forces at national and international levels, providing expert advice and testimony on cybersecurity issues and best practices.
