Clients seeking psychotherapy for various issues reach out through the platform. As a psychotherapist, I practice gender inclusive, socially aware and queer affirmative therapy. Stratergizing and designing an operational counselling centre that provides psychotherapy for clients of all ages and on various mental health issues. Managing and supervising a group of counselling psychologists/ psychotherapists on their therapy work including others. Creating an implementing projects around mental and emotional health by identifying roadblocks for program execution. Designing mental health awareness and educational programs underpinned by behavioural and ontological principles. Facilitating programs with on-ground and insightful approach, to help maximize the impact. Managing internal and external stakeholders for the successful implementation of the programs. Measuring before and after impact, based on research and work at grass-root level. Mentoring the team on various projects. Build frameworks to collect data across various and build a centralized data resource pool for all programs of the Company.

Having provided individual psychotherapy to over 2000 students and staff on the campus, the work includes designing group interventions and outreach programs for creating positive mental health on the campus. Facilitated various talks on issues ranging from mental health to self-development skills for students. Was able to successfully develop the framework for counseling services on campus, and created tools for assessing and monitoring the mental health of the individuals.

Helped over 3000 students and parents to choose the right career path, through one on one counselling and by administrating different psychological tools for measuring the students' aptitude, personality and interest. A significant increase in the intake of students has been through the recommendations of the ongoing clients to their peers and no marketing tool.

Designed and facilitated more than 20 outreach programs to create mental health awareness in colleges, workplaces, NGOs and other facilities. Providing ongoing support to Global Citizen Year Fellows who are going through issues of mental health.

Providing work life coaching and consulting to clients in areas of Learning and Wellness by understanding the client needs to plan and implement interventions creatively. Assessed, designed, delivered and evaluated various learning and experiential modules on "Leadership & Change".

Have provided work life coaching to over 300 employees. Have organised and facilitated outreach and orientation programs on mental health for employees . Was able to successfully developed a framework for counseling services in the organization and create tools for assessing and monitoring the mental health of the employees.

Was able to establish a counseling department and protocol in the school to provide counselling services to the students and teachers. Worked on different behavioral, emotional, academic and developmental issues. Designed and implementation of appropriate life skills modules to different age groups of the students.

Headed L&D department in the organization. Trained helpline employees on counseling skills and crises intervention for handling distressed calls. Initiated, deigned and delivered disease awareness camps and facilitated support groups for patients with chronic illness and their caregivers. Created educational material and literature for the patients and caregivers.
