As team lead,-> It was my responsibility to plan/structure the flow of work for the marketing campaign.-> Also, to administer the fair allotment/distribution of work amongst the team.As a Public Relations executive, -> my job was to get in touch with speakers and get them on board for the oncoming event, Global young leaders Conclave 2.0.-> Onboarded speakers like The RawKnee Show (YouTuber), BangItPaaji (Musician and content creator), Shivam Rao (Founder at Trinity Gaming India), and AMA Cafe (Popular Cafe in Delhi) as location partners,along with several other brands as sponsors.

-> Business Development ManagerI was responsible for acting as the direct contact between brands and the business team. My job was to understand their needs and ideate the required features for their marketing campaigns. -> Worked as the team lead for the "#OurPrideIsDesi" campaign. This campaign was in celebration of 2021 pride month. As a part of this month-long campaign, influencers and business owners, who are a part of the South-Asian queer community, were contacted to promote them and/or their brand. ->Worked as an Artist Manager for Micro influencers. My responsibility of working as an Artist Manager was to keep a check on possible collaborations, administer all the business transactions, and maintain a ledger of all the work done by the influencer, both before and under my supervision.
