- Build and manage the entire decision implementation process for Oversight Board rulings across multiple cross-functional teams including Engineering, Policy, Operations, Communications, and Legal- Coordinate with Oversight Board staff and internal engineering teams to launch new efficiency features as well as improvements to existing tools- Investigate and provide insight for the Oversight Board into contentious policy decisions in collaboration with Operations, Policy, Legal, and Engineering in response to current events and human rights concerns- Develop globally scalable policies by considering and balancing freedom of expression, safety, and operational feasibility

- Develop and lead a new program which proactively identifies trends in bad actor behavior and targets content for systematic bulk removal- Assess trends in reporting to design or update policies that can be easily distributed and operationalized- Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Engineering, Legal, Global Partnerships, and Operations teams to assess product launches and high profile global events in order to craft policies to mitigate user, stakeholder, and company risk

- Partner closely with engineering managers with niche roles in order to develop profiles and strategies to engage potential candidates- Strategically sourcing based on shifting industry landscape and company needs

- Establish novel interviewer framework for specialized interviewing experiences- Coordinate a smooth and expedited interview process from initial exploratory conversations through offer closing for senior technical leadership candidates- White glove service in regards to personalizing communications, potential accommodations, and selling experiences
