As the leader of the Organization Development team, my role is to partner, collaborate, and challenge my HR Partners to provide tailored individual development and team effectiveness using a common language and to provide change management expertise to HR and business leaders.

As a member of the Global Talent Management team, my role is to employ strategies that build individual and organizational capabilities. I have immediate accountability for the proliferation of the enterprise mentoring program and the continuous improvement of the high potential manager and vice president leadership development programs.

As a Sector-level HR Manager, the primary functions of my role were focused on Talent Management and Talent Development initiatives to include the design and delivery of the supply-chain focused accelerated management program, sector College Recruiting placements, leadership coaching, management of the succession planning communications and outcomes, and performance management consulting for under-performing distribution centers. In addition, I served as a point of contact for wage progression approvals, performance management calibration, and merit calibration. Other experiences include participation in start-up operations, short-term HR generalist assignments, high volume recruiting for Retail peak season, turnover committee participation, and employee opinion survey action planning.

As a member of the property Executive Leadership team, I was responsible for collaborating with the leadership in making talent related decisions that would drive customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Head of HR role for a multi-site financial institution reporting the Credit Union's CEO. Responsible for HR policy development and administration, managing the vendor relationship with the benefits provider, managing all facets of the employee life cycle, and working with the leadership to develop people in critical roles to provide the best service to the membership.

Provide HR generalist support to two private Airport Rescue and Fire departments and two 24/7 private ambulance operations, placing employee relations at the forefront in a non-union environment.
