Learned about the agile and scrum methodologies for project management, and how they are applied to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment. Gained experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Jira Software for project planning, tracking, and execution, and how to use them to collaborate with all stakeholders. Developed skills in requirements gathering, estimation, scope management, risk management, and change management, and how to apply them to all phases of the project lifecycle. Participated in all sessions of the project management lifecycle, from sales and pre-sales to execution and closure, and gained experience learning from the design teams, development teams, and QA teams throughout the sessions.Gained exposure to the different types of contracts and agreements used in the software development industry, and how they relate to the roles of all stakeholders.
