Key stakeholder in the process of refreshing the brand of the organization, and assisting with its implementation across the ministry. Other outcomes include: brand story alignment and engagement, one organization experienced a 2X in growth in 12 months, 30-35% in increased bookings online resulting in a website overhaul with a repeat in customer bookings of 25-35%.
