Oversee the daily operations of both the agency’s drop-in center and street outreach team in the Haight neighborhood, as well as the drop-in and engagement center in the Tenderloin neighborhood ◾ Build and maintain strong interagency and external relationships ◾ Responsible for staff development and the leadership of engagement service programs ◾ Program Management, development, implementation, evaluation ◾ Oversee program budgets for optimal allocation of spending, maintain cost effective vendor relationships, data collection and tracking, contract requirements and program outcomes ◾ Facilitate weekly team meetings.

Responsible for program management of the drop-in and street outreach team in the Haight neighborhood and oversight of the management of a transitional living program ◾ Demonstrated program development by successfully expanding outreach opportunities through additional monies for a vehicle, outreach counselors and subsidized housing funds ◾ Facilitated weekly team meetings, set goals, report out on trends, discuss challenges and strengths ◾ Responsible for program budget and reporting ◾ Participated in On-Call Consultant rotation.

Responsible for all operations of the Riley Center, including a transitional housing, Community Office, Children’s Program and satellite office within Child Protective Services. Serving over 3,000 survivors and their children annually ◾ Identified future needs and developed strategies for meeting goals of the agency such as: increased access and inclusivity of our services; increased client outcomes of trauma healing, obtained additional financial stability and housing and employment opportunities for clients; decreased the program budget deficit by 50% in 2 years; stabilized the agency and increased morale ◾ Ensured fiscal accountability and compliance of 7 local, state, federal contracts, in addition to over 30 private funding streams ◾ Planned and executed annual staff working retreats for team building, strategic planning, reflecting and visioning. ◾ Collaborated and strengthened partnerships with over 45 community organizations and field experts including law enforcement, criminal justice, social services, medical and educational.

Act as the Director of Programs in their absence ◾ Support recruitment and hiring ◾ Maintain Memorandums of Understanding and Operational Agreements for contracts. ◾ Created and adapted program policies and procedures, including, job specific manuals for all roles in the agency ◾ Oversee all facilities and maintain positive vendor relationships.

Front desk support for a Wellness Center ◾ Schedule appointments for clients ◾ Run weekly reports ◾ Update the website content

Responsible for Admissions procedure for all prospective International Students ◾ Strong support to the Office Manager and fellow International Admissions counselors.
