Hello, I'm Tom, is a mold designer. Currently works as a project manager at Spark Mould. I have been here for almost 15 years. In China, few people can stay with a company for so long. I'm glad I'm a minority. Many people once asked me why. My answer is love. Whether it's a company or the industry.In the summer of 2006 I graduated from college with excellent grades. And I graduated two years earlier than my peers. Because I skip two grades in elementary school. I'm proud and excited. So I decided to do something big. Yes, I decided to start a business and join the retail industry. But reality gave me a slap, I failed. After 2 months, I had to go to work.My major is mechanical design. It was easy to find a job at the time. But I lack experience and can only start with an intern. The salary is still low. In the end I chose Spark Mould Technology CO., LTD. Just because they offer higher salaries than other companies.At the time Spark Mold had only 5 employees (except me). They are all injection mold designers. I am everyone's assistant. Responsible for communicating with clients and assisting designers. Although this work is very complicated, I can get more knowledge of injection molds.I want to be a mold designer. Three months later, I talked to the boss about it. I got the chance to try and received the first project in my life. In college, I have already mastered UG, CAD. All I lack is theoretical knowledge. So everything fall into place. I successfully completed my first project and became a designer.From then on, I started my career as a designer full of challenges and achievements. Over time, I keep growing. And I unlocked more fields. The Spark Mould Team is constantly changing. First, we set up our own factory. Opened up more business, such as: injection mold manufacturing, die casting mold manufacturing, silicone rubber product manufacturing. And actively develop overseas business.All good things come to be an end. Some people stay, some people leave. I am very happy to grow with the company. I have achieved freedom of wealth here. Also has two homes in this city(The family and the company). Now I am the project manager and partner of the company. When I was a designer, I was excited about completing the design. Now I have a mission to better serve my customers. Looking back on my 8 years as a project manager. There are joys and lessons. Many customers become friends.
