I have been involved in the construction of numerous large commercial and industrial projects. These include county jails in Panguitch and Manila, Utah; office buildings in Utah and Oklahoma; car dealerships in Idaho, Nevada and Arizona; Commercial/Industrial subdivisions in Nevada and Arizona. I have built big box and small box retaiI space in Idaho, Arizona and Montana. I have also completed hundreds of thousands of square feet of tenant improvements in Oklahoma, Wyoming, Montana, Utah, Idaho, and Arizona. I have built churches, schools, hospitals, guest ranches, and houses in a career that has lasted over 30 years. I have run my own construction business for many years; for the last four years in Arizona.I have several years experience as an expert construction inspector for Expert Construction Consultants, LLC of Tecumseh, OK.I have also been involved in the development, permitting and operation of three different waste disposal projects, domestic and international. I was also involved in some waste brokerage for landfills in Wyoming and Missouri.My communications skills are excellent.
