The tools and frameworks I use are sound, relevant and practical, but the work is not about leadership and management theory. It is about using theory to understand reality and work with it more effectively. It is about finding ways together, to apply, practice and integrate new insights into day-to-day situations. It is about learning and adjusting and making the tools and frameworks one’s own. And it is about supporting leaders through the entire development and growth process.I bring the best of my 20+ years of corporate experience leading multiple teams, and working closely with Operations leaders as a business partner, to the table. Over the last 10+ years, I have used that experience to effectively shape the facilitation, coaching and consulting work I love to do.
