Sparsh is currently working as an Analytics Lead at Roche. He leads the health insurer and contracting initiatives with the help of a dedicated team of senior analysts and analysts. In the one year he has been with the organization, he has helped deliver high impact projects such as future of contracting, local ecosystem market control analytics and market opportunity analysis.Prior to Roche, Sparsh worked with ZS associates for 5+ years. As part of ZS he has:-Led cross-functional teams to deliver solution to sales and marketing business problems to clients in the US, Europe and APAC regions- Helped life sciences clients in the US transform their B2B commercial strategy to suit the needs of emerging Organized customers.- Delivered CRM transformation projects in the agriculture domain to countries in the APAC region - Worked as part of a dedicated client team for ~ 3 years on delivering analytical solutions for a top US pharma company.
