• Primary designer for Private Student Loans and Student Loan Refinance products. Core responsibilities included funnel design, UI optimizations, and designing financial tools for SoFi loan customers.
• Drove design workshops to help solidify alignment between cross functional teams (product, marketing, engineering) and conceptualize solutions for future use cases.Some key projects:
• Redesigned the SoFi online loan application. New design framework elevated our visual design, saw a 3.6% lift in conversion (from start to finish), improved our NPS and increased efficiencies across design and.
• Redesigned the Private Student Loans offer page. Improved conversion on the page by 10% by making changes based on user needs identified in moderated tests.
• Designed the Fast Track App. Allows existing SoFi members to skip the main student loan application and see their rate with just 5 clicks. Users in the Fast Track App had a 6% higher conversion rate and a 17% higher.

• Oloid provides digital identity for desk-less worker which can be used for attendance, time stamping, security, etc.
• Redesigned the worksite entry and verification user interface. Improved user verification speeds by 33% per minute by optimizing user flow and visual design, reducing time spent in lines by the workers.
• Created the company logo, launched their website and defined a cohesive design system for their product as the company’s first product designer.
• Made UI prototypes for potential future use cases that the sales team used in various sales pitches to secure future contracts.

• Alliance Innovation Labs researches autonomous mobility and transportation solutions for the future.
• Prototyped an interface for the Nissan Autonomous Vehicle ecosystem, to enable Human-AI teaming in the future. My work led to two patents being filed on the system framework and UI elements. My name is in the inventors.
• Designed a multi-touchpoint experience for different users to communicate with each other in the event of an accident in an Autonomous Vehicle. Presented a demo of the service at the end of the internship to the entire.
