As an undergraduate researcher in our Cognitive Science Lab, I played a vital role in investigating visual representation in human problem-solving. Working at the intersection of Cognitive Sciences and AI, I utilized equipment such as eye-trackers to collect data and analyze cognitive processes. Our research resulted in the publication of five papers and posters in esteemed conferences like EMBC, ETRA, and CogSci. Through hands-on experiences and collaboration with experts, I gained valuable insights into the intricate interaction between humans and AI systems.

I was elected Second Senate Member of Lala Lajpat Rai Hall of Residence by its 336 Boarders at IIT Kharagpur, representing the hall in the Technology Students' Gymkhana. As a Senate representative, I participated in decisions regarding the welfare of over 14,000 students. These roles allowed me to advocate for student concerns and contribute to positive changes at the institution.

As a winter researcher at Stanford University, my role was focused on investigating a hypothesis that encompassed the topics of black holes, matter and anti-matter, ER bridges, and EPR pairs. Working alongside esteemed researchers, I delved into the complexities of these concepts and explored their interconnectedness. Our research aimed to deepen our understanding of the fundamental aspects of the universe, including the behavior of black holes, the dynamics of matter and anti-matter interactions, and the intriguing connections between ER bridges and EPR pairs.

As a Teaching Assistant for the NPTEL course on "Cognition and its Computation," my role was crucial in supporting the instructor and facilitating the learning experience for students. I actively participated in course preparation, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and designing instructional materials. During the course, I engaged with students by conducting tutorials, leading discussions, and providing guidance on course content and assignments. I also assisted in evaluating student work, providing feedback, and addressing their queries and concerns.

As a summer researcher at MIT, my role focused on working on the KritrimAnsh project, an AI-based prosthesis. This project aimed to develop advanced artificial limbs that could mimic natural human movement and enhance the quality of life for individuals with limb loss. During my time at MIT, I collaborated with a team of researchers to design and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms that could interpret user intent and control the prosthesis accordingly. This involved data analysis, algorithm development, and integration of machine learning techniques. Through our research, we aimed to improve the functionality, dexterity, and adaptability of prosthetic limbs, enabling users to regain a greater range of motion and interact with their environment more effectively.

As a research intern at DRDL - DRDO, my role focused on classified projects related to Quantum Encryption and Teleportation. I contributed to cutting-edge research, conducting experiments and collaborating with experts in the field. Due to security reasons, specific details cannot be disclosed. My internship provided valuable insights into quantum technologies for secure communication within the defense sector.

ConnectEd was a company that aimed to bridge the gap between alumni and their respective institutions. Our primary focus was on creating a platform that facilitated seamless connections and engagement between alumni and their alma maters. Through our services, ConnectEd aimed to foster a sense of community, facilitate networking opportunities, and provide valuable resources to alumni.Unfortunately, ConnectEd is no longer operational. The company faced challenges in sustaining the business model and achieving its desired level of growth and impact due to the lack of funding during the COVID19 Pandemic.

As a Summer Research Fellow at IIT Hyderabad, I worked on the project "Study on Quantum Network Simulators and Routing Protocols." Focused on the domain of Quantum Computers and Computing, Networks, and Simulations, my role involved researching and analyzing quantum network architectures, protocols, and performing simulations. It provided valuable insights into the challenges and potential applications of quantum technologies in network systems.

As a Research Intern at IISc Bangalore, I worked on Quantum Computing and Information Processing. Collaborating with researchers, I contributed to cutting-edge projects focused on advancing the understanding and development of quantum computing systems. This internship provided valuable insights into quantum mechanics, algorithms, and hardware implementations, while enhancing my skills in experimental techniques and scientific communication.

As a Student Researcher and Software Developer under the Center of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence (CoEAI) at IIT Kharagpur, Department of Science and Technology (RAKSHAK Scheme), I played a crucial role in the project "Agent-based Modelling of COVID-19 Spread in Cities." Using my software development skills, I developed and implemented agent-based models to simulate and analyze the spread of COVID-19 in urban environments. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, I conducted research, analyzed data, and contributed to refining the modeling framework. Through this project, we aimed to gain insights into the dynamics of COVID-19 transmission in cities and develop effective strategies for disease control and mitigation. My role as a Student Researcher and Software Developer enabled me to combine research methodologies and software development expertise to make valuable contributions in the field of artificial intelligence for combating the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a software developer for the Digitalization of my college's hospital, I worked in implementing an automated scheduling and slot management system. Using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Stack, I developed software solutions that made patient appointments, reports, and other hospital features available online. This digitalization initiative aimed to improve the ease and accessibility of healthcare services for patients.

As a Backend Development Intern at the National Artificial Intelligence Resource Portal (NAIRP), I worked on a web-based system sponsored by MHRD, Govt. of India, and Amazon Web Services. Our goal was to develop a platform for searching and browsing AI resources, along with providing cloud-based computation capabilities. I collaborated with a team from the Centre for Artificial Intelligence at IIT Kharagpur to design and implement backend infrastructure, including APIs and database management.

As a Software Development Intern at Boeing, my role was focused on implementing automated scheduling for products and improving their workload distribution algorithms. During my internship, I worked on developing software solutions that automated the scheduling process for various products. This involved creating algorithms that optimized the distribution of workload, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely delivery of products.
