Responsible for hiring and managing two top performing sales teams. One team is focused on account management and the growth of our existing customer base through consultative up-selling, cross-selling and renewals. In 2021, we finished on 116% team attainment and one of my direct reports was promoted to manager in Oct. The second team is focused on retention of the existing customer base. Since I took over retention, the team have hit every month and achieved an average of 136%. One retention team member has been promoted to senior rep and won President's Club. In December 2021, I was proud to win the Best of the Best award for my consistent target beating results.
