Achievements:I led a team of over 60 people. The restaurant I led is the 5th largest KFC in Romania, out of 72 locations. I was fully responsible of the human resources management for my location (promoting available vacancies, selecting candidates, interviewing, contract signing).I managed to have a constant team despite the very high competition on the current labor market.Responsibilities: Selection and training of staff. checking and filing daily receipts, drafting reports from which weekly activity will result (receipts, transactions, losses, COS, COL)- Interaction with various state control bodies (DSV ITM)- Inventory of merchandise, takeover of goods, establishment of necessary stocks-Maintenance of equipment- Ensuring compliance with standardsDuring my time at KFC Romania I managed to sign a contract with the NGO "O masa calda (A warm meal)" . The initiative is part of the national food wasting combat and it came to provide around 400 warm meals a week. I was the initiator of the initiative and the lead representative on KFC side. After I left the company the initiative still stands stands.
