Lead a geographically disperse team of 250+ employees across three product lines - LXP: Architecting, enhancing and managing a multi-tenant SaaS platform on AWS & GCP supporting over 10 million users worldwide. Implemented an agile cadence of 3 weeks to deploy platform features leveraging Terraform scripts with Docker/Kubernetes for cloud deployments. Technologies deployed: Ruby, NodeJS, ReactJS, Postgres, MySQL, Redis, AWS, GCP - Content Marketplace: Responsibile for running an ecommerce content marketplace with buyers, sellers, learners (corporate and retail) with support for ERP, complete payment processing & settlemnents in various currencies worldwide with volumes > $15M. The platform also powers national skill development/ e-learning platforms of several countries around the globe touching 5+ million learners.
