I currently focus my work on two things I am professionally passionate about: (1) advising leaders facing tough challenges and (2) building products that solve real world problems. To that end I founded my own consulting firm (Cherian & Company LLC) and joined a digital startup (AERion Analytics LLC)My passion for health & wellness was cultivated by my parents, who were both scientists and academics. As a young man I remember developing an appreciation for the scientific method as I learned about the research my parents were doing. Later as a consultant it was intuitive for me to apply a hypothesis-led approach to efficiently solve business problems with my clients. Between my consulting assignments and professional experiences, I have worked with a range of companies from startups to Fortune 500 corporations. Typically, I have directly worked with industry leaders, helping them to build strategic roadmaps, drive results against their top initiatives, rescue struggling projects and transform their organizations.When working with me, colleagues and clients experience a change agent who brings warmth, candor, humor, empathy, agility, creative thinking and a deep knowledge of healthcare, digital capabilities and applied AI / Data Science to projects.
