I act as the observer and advisor to the projects to ensure the new variables are not overlooked to create unnecessary risk to the project.Team incubationFor all projects, I hand pick the necessary specialist and make sure all specialists share the vision of the project. For that, I do some story telling and coaching. I also mentor these specialists as the need arise to make sure the specialist is trully motivated to create something he/she has never created before.
