Charles Holley is an International Speaker and Award-winning Author who transforms corporate culture one keynote at a time. Charles is a thirty-plus year business professional who works in technology as a senior linux engineer. As a child, he suffered from a speech impediment and extremely low self-esteem. As a result, he hated public speaking and avoided it for most of his adult life. Tragedy launched his writing career. His thirteen-year-old son suddenly collapsed while playing basketball at his school and died moments later. Drowning in deep depression, Charles used writing as a coping mechanism and penned his first book about the death of his son entitled When Flowers Fade. He has since written several inspirational and leadership books while his most popular title, Black and White: Healing Racial Divide, captured an award for Outstanding Non-Fiction in the Spring 2022 International book contest by the Bookfest Awards. Despite his speech problem, Charles overcame and captured the Toastmasters International Speaking District Award in 2021 and 2023. Through his speaking and books, he continues to connect and impact audiences and readers around the world. He currently resides in Huntsville, AL with his wife of over thirty-years.
