I Supervisor Graduate Students CFY/RPE & SLPAs in the school setting.I provide monitoring of direct student contact for therapeutic services, completing assessments/screenings, report writing and IEP meeting facilitation. I also assist in professional development within the field of speech pathology.As an Independent Contractor, I provide annual and semi-annual communication skills assessments for healthcare facilities providing residential care for the Intellectually Disabled population. I also provide written reports, next-step objectives, staff training and support.

I developed and managed Individual Education Plans (IEP’s) for children 3 years to 13 years of age with speech and language disorders. I evaluated their communication skills, analyzed data, wrote report of findings, developed learning goals, implemented the learning process and monitored & documented their progress. I consulted and collaborated with the IEP team, classroom teachers, parents and support staff regarding carry over and generalization of new skills. I supervised Aides & Assistants, volunteers and Bilingual Interpreters. My passion is in mentoring Graduate Students and parent coaching.
