• Research, design, and implementation of poetry specific e-book conversion and production workflow, fulfilling goals of a $100,000 grant to support legacy work for Copper Canyon Press. Conversion of over seventy poetry titles into multiple formats for each title, released to over twenty vendors, and distributed worldwide. • Project management, quality control and hand-tuning of e-book files. Titles range from simple to complex formatting, including annotated scholarly translations such as the Taoteching. • Public representation of the e-book program at conferences to authors, vendors, and a general public, including a panel at the 2013 American Writers & Writing Programs conference (AWP), “Breaking Digital Ground: E-books and Independent Literary Publishing.”
