I have a passion for helping enterprise customers achieve their goals, by building solutions that meet both their technical and business objectives. I enjoy challenging my customers to rethink what is possible, as I partner with them on their transformation journey. For example, I designed a solution to migrate a customer which reduced web latency and increased speed by upwards of 50%. However, the biggest win for me was that their internal staff and most importantly their customers were completely unaware we had migrated their environment. Before partnering with Rackspace this customer never dreamed this could be possible for them. And the journey doesn't end there! I am still working with this customer as a trusted adviser to help them take full advantage of the possibilities with public cloud. In addition to my work with customers, I lead virtual teams on presales opportunities that require expertise in both I.T transformation and consolidating. I enjoy the opportunity to work with internal teams and share my experience of how to translate business problems into technical requirements and build compelling solutions.
