A Criminal Law and Psychology enthusiast, absurdist, and strangely idealist. With the inquisitive spirit to understand the quality of life amongst the low-income population in my early years, I have since then been privileged to serve as a Mental Health Researcher, Counselor, Educator, and Project Leader. Each new lens brought the global mental wellbeing needs further into focus, and has ever since been my woe and inspiration.Blessedly mentored and supported by brilliant individuals from Carota, PsyCancer Talk, and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, I strive to provide a sustainable, affordable, and evidence-based wellbeing intervention solution to low-income populations.
