The Milk n' Honey Tea Room is a 65 seat restaurant serving lunch, Afternoon Tea and High Tea on Tuesday through Saturday. We are a popular site for Bridal and Baby Showers as well as birthday parties for all ages. We also offer full service catering for all of your special events!As the Executive Chef and Owner, my responsibilities are:- create, test and cook all of the recipes we use- train and manage the kitchen staff- train and manage the front of house staff- purchasing for both kitchen and gift shop- advertising- social media and web presence- accounts payable and receivable - hostess, waitress, floor mopper, toilet cleaner, sidewalk sweeper, plant waterer, window washer, prep cook, line cook, expediter, customer service professional, interior decorator, dish washer, laundry do-er, motivational speaker, errand runner, and everything else a small business owner has to be to get the job done!
