• I started this company as Co-Founder in July, 2015. I believed that sensoring technology was changing professionals’ lives, and then normal people. I started from the vertical domain of sports.• We created a live streaming system for marathon athletes, the first in the world. The patented system let athletes be shown in personal, instead of only the top stars being shown in TV live broadcasting. We put it into operation in 6 marathon races. This program was ceased in May 2016.• In the meanwhile, we developed the world-class heart rate measurement technology for athletes, the “Skylark”, in which the advanced anti-movement technology is applied.• The band, named Fizzo COR, was announced on 3/1/2017 in IWF Shanghai. We also announce Fizzo Hub and Fizzo Cloud as well.

• The Microcontroller group is the fastest growing one among five business groups in Freescale. The annual revenue of this group is close to $1B in 2014.• I was designated to manage the Software and Applications team with 220+ employees in AP, covering China mainland, Hongkong, Taiwan, and India.• Working seamlessly with the headquarter on the global software and platform strategy. The China software R&D team is the major force to develop BSP and software IPs for the MCU chipsets.• Working closely with the field teams on the MCU business strategy for Asia, especially for China; I am the decision maker to allocate around 95 application resources according to business needs.• As the site manager of the Shanghai branch office, I am responsible for site logistics, policy and relationship to universities and government.

• Oversaw all the software development for i.MX application processors globally, including Android integration, Linux/WinCE BSP and multimedia• Ran the global teams in both Shanghai and Austin with 70+ employees. The US team had 13+ engineers.

Created and led multimedia team in Shanghai; cover audio, video multimedia framework for both WinCE, Linux, Android and Chromium as well as strategic technologies like Flash 10.

Lead software turn-key solution of DVD product, covering RTOS, driver, middleware, application and GUI.
