I´m Sergio Peinado, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and certified in the Senior Management Program by IE Business School, with over 20 years of experience in the field of technology and digital transformation.I have led the digital development at Correos, the largest Spanish public company, driving the Data Office and the implementation of new technologies to serve the postal, parcel, logistics, and distribution businesses.Over the last 3 years, I spearheaded the digitalization of the Correos group as the Director of Digital Transformation and Technology. Simultaneously, I held the presidency of Correos Telecom and served as a director at Correos Express. During this period, Correos has been distinguished for its commitment to digital transformation in its businesses and recognized for various technological milestones within the framework of its dedication to public service.Throughout this time, I exercised leadership over multidisciplinary teams, managing diverse groups and achieving challenging objectives in a society with over 50,000 employees, where change management in a digital environment represents a transformative challenge.As the Director of Digital Transformation and Technology at Correos, I led the management of an annual budget exceeding 110 million euros.
