- Designed, developed and managed a comprehensive program of focused solicitation for W&L’s Annual Fund, building the pipeline for the University’s upcoming comprehensive campaign- Closed 182 gifts totaling over $728,000 of restricted and Annual Fund support between 7.1.20 and 6.30.21- Organized end of calendar year and end of fiscal year strategic messaging and solicitation

- Closed 232 gifts totaling over $570,000 of Annual Fund support in FY19 and FY20- 75%+ of booked meetings result in an acceptance of the predetermined proposal; 38% of initial outreach result in a booked meeting; 64% of outreach result in an alum response- Managed and implemented W&L’s third Give Day – a comprehensive solicitation strategy that led to $919,399 from 2,880 donors for the Annual Fund- Coordinate the giving and volunteer strategy of the 15th and 20th Reunions, leading to single-year giving records in FY19 with the Class of 1999 and a multi-year record in FY20 for the Class of 2000

- Create and implement a comprehensive annual affinity giving operational plan, which includes measurable performance objectives based upon department and university priorities following best practice strategies. - Evaluate and develop affinity giving volunteer efforts based on the current Annual Giving, University Advancement and JMU priorities, including recruitment, selection, training, management and motivation of volunteers. - Coordinate giving programs that coincide with reunion programs; create and implement solicitation strategies designed to increase class participation and serve as the primary liaison to Alumni Relations and Office of Planned Giving for reunion activities. - In partnership with the Office of Alumni Relations, the Student Alumni Association and student giving efforts, manage the Madison Giving Campaign, JMU's campus-wide faculty, staff and student giving program. - Sustain and increase growth for the GOLD Network, JMU's volunteer philanthropy group focused on "Graduates of the Last Decade".

- Supervise, facilitate, and organize numerous semester-long leadership programs targeting 25 exemplary campus leaders to help them recognize the profound impact they can make on the campus and surrounding community- Spearheaded the inaugural No Title Needed campaign celebrating those showing leadership without positional authority; campaign included nearly 300 participants and resulted in a monthly award for non-positional leadership - Designed and implemented leadership resources and programs based on the office’s strategic, the Director’s vision, and data from previous programming and real-time student needs- Conducted and managed over 40 face-to-face constitution reviews of potential recognized student organizations and educated those students on how to enhance the William & Mary community through their individual efforts- Transitioned organizational development workshops from in-person sessions to succinct series of YouTube videos by identifying needs from office data, writing detailed scripts and storyboards, and producing the media- Manage marketing techniques including all office social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube) bi-monthly newsletters (Benchmark), and graphic design for physical media (Microsoft Publisher)
