As an experienced Commercial Real Estate Professional, I focus on industrial office and office/warehouse type properties – a natural fit after a successful career in water and wastewater treatment equipment sales and an engineering education. Working with local municipalities and regulatory agencies gives me insight into strategies that move commercial development projects forward. Appointed by the Baldwin County Commission, I served as a member of the Board of Directors on the Public Building Authority of Baldwin County in 2012 & 2013. Also appointed by the Baldwin County Commission, I have served on the Baldwin County Planning and Zoning Commission since January, 2013.I work closely with owners, landlords and tenants to find the right opportunities for their business. This is focused on the Eastern Shore but I have represented clients from Gulf Shore, AL over to Mississippi.
