Headed a team at UCB with a focus on the disposition of commercial real estate assets, and the sale and workout of debt notes backed by commercial real estate - primarily larger debt notes of at least $500,000 and larger in face value. We accomplished the majority of the sales of assets and notes by selling in bulk to national private equity groups investors. During the downturn in the economy, we moved through approximately $1.2B in asset value.
