Piloted, and currently running, StubHub’s first Work From Home project. Liaison between Customer Service and technology teams to improve system performance and pain points in new tech. Using PQS reports to identify weaknesses in the team and present them to the team, as well as using excel to quantify success of program to Senior Management. Program currently runs six states with over 20 agents. Working hand in hand with Supervisor to develop, coach and train team members. Metrics and business analytics used to discover weaknesses in team. Excel used to show data during face to face coaching and one on one meetings to deliver plans to improve. Responsible for phone, e-mail and live chat agents.

Building relationships with day to day, new customers and professional clients. Creating sales opportunities based on customers’ needs for products offered by bank. Coaching tellers to identify customers that may have sale opportunities based on account information. Reviewing metrics on new accounts to make sure branch goals are met.

Analyzing sales data to discover trends and opportunities in stores sales. Coaching department supervisors and developing business plans for increasing revenue and improve Profits and Losses as well as Net Operating Profits. Creating community awareness and loyalty to improve regional market share.
