-Identify job opportunities for the Resolve Group of Companies. -Draft Salvage and Towing Contracts.-Draft Salvage Plans, Site Safety Plans, Dive Safety Plans and upgrade plans with work status. -Update clients, USCG, and all pertinent authorities on work progress.-Arrange Port formalities for floating assets entering and leaving both U.S. and foreign ports. -Coordinate services and materials to support field operations.-Coordinate the transportation of personnel and equipment to support field operations.-Arrange the charter of floating assets for clients and to support field operations-Ensure payroll information is submitted from Field Operations to Supervisor.-Provide services as a Project Coordinator when required. -Prepare client invoices for completed projects including review of invoices included in billing.
