Key responsibilities includeDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements with various stakeholders, such as partners, vendors, and talent, to protect the company's interests and ensure smooth business operations.Conducting thorough legal research to guarantee Ad Astra Media's projects and initiatives comply with relevant laws and regulations, mitigating potential risks.Collaborating with outside counsel to address complex legal matters and develop effective strategies to protect the company's intellectual property.Advising the executive team on legal aspects of business transactions, rights, and obligations, providing guidance for informed decision-making.Assisting with grant applications and ensuring compliance with grant requirements, helping to secure funding for the company's initiatives.In addition to intellectual property matters, this role also contributes to the overall legal needs of Ad Astra Media, offering guidance and support on a variety of legal issues that arise in the course of business operations.
