As a part of a larger campus that provides a continuum of patient care, our team created a seamless care experience for patients and family members. As Director for the Skilled Nursing Facility I coordinated the provision of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services as well as nursing care. We understood that the patient experience is an accumulation of social interaction, relationship building with staff and other residents, and daily opportunities to experience fulfillment. This, coupled with clinical care, creates a patient-centric environment that enhances the care we provide. At Omaha Nursing & Rehab Center I was anxiously engaged in loving and serving the residents through an empowered and knowledgable staff. Although we served the greater Omaha area in its entirity, we had a specific focus on our South Omaha Community. We loved and served our residents and patients with a Passion second to none.
