Ensure that projects (airplane hangar, private lake, cable park, 20,000-gallon fuel system, horse stable, event center, boat house, etc.) were executed on time and within budget. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities. Lead and manage the design and construction process from start to finish.

Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations to customers in their homes and businesses. Close sales by negotiating favorable terms, overcoming objections, and securing customer commitment. Effectively manage time to maximize productivity and meet sales targets. Plan and execute a strategic approach to territory management, including effective time management, routing, and customer engagement strategies.

Selected to serve in the highest leadership position, responsible for training and enhancing the performance of 200+ volunteers from 19 countries.
