I have worked as the maintenance employee for a small long-term rental company since high school. I have done structural and non structural repairs, plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall, landscaping, painting, and masonry repair. This gave me great hands on experience and helped me develop my problem solving skills.

During my first internship, I spent my time doing office work and Arc GIS mapping. I would also accompany many of Delaware City’s inspectors and engineers to job sites and observe field work going on around the city. This gave me valuable insight into the engineering workforce.

I worked for the summer after graduating high school for this concert company. I would build forms, rake concrete, clean tools, spread gravel, and edging the concrete. This gave me lots of hands on experience in the construction industry.

At my first job, I spent my time collecting trash, raking baseball fields, painting lines, and general upkeep. I would work during all weekend softball/ baseball tournaments.
