For the past year, I have worked on designing and fabricating a thermally cycled, multi-cell HVAC system for electric cars. The project requires complex SolidWorks design, and metal fabrication. One of the more interesting problems we had to solve was shrink fitting custom aluminum heat sinks onto stainless steel pressure vessels.

I worked in a clean room and was responsible for maintaining equipment and cleanliness. I worked directly with the product by creating it from start to finish and then tested each batch for effectiveness. I also worked closely with the entire staff to ensure FDA approval and implement improvements to the product.
