Responsible for managing a team of 26 employees to include 23 housekeeping employees and 3 team leads, who manage a team of floor technicians, a full-time team, and a part-time team. Managed upkeep and building inspections of 29 buildings on 2 campuses in accordance with APPA Level 2 Standards. Coordinating logistics and operations for special events, which includes set-up and break-down. Managed HR functions that includes sourcing for and hiring qualified candidates, conducting counseling statements, annual reviews and termination recommendations. Processing payroll, PTO, sick time and vacation requests. Implemented new SOP’s that increase productivity, efficiency and reduce costs. Promoted twice from Floor Technician to lead technician.

Managed 10 people with 5 trucks in operation. Cleaned carpets and upholstery, as well as performed restoration on water and smoke damaged properties in residential and commercial establishments in the Northern Neck and Central Virginia areas.

Operated seven manufacturing tools to produce semi-conductive computer memory chips. Responsibilities included: ordering product for each tool to maintain production goals and keep tools from entering an idle state. Scheduled QUALS that were performed at random times set by the Quality Team.

Promoted to Test Technician from a Turret Punch Operator (who is responsible for running the stamp machine while measuring product to unit specifications, adjusting calipers and managing micrometers) and a Coil Welder (created small units by micromechanical assembly). Responsible for testing and quality assurance of air conditioning and refrigeration units installed in boats and recreational units. Also collaborated with the Engineering department on design and function designs/issues.

Promoted twice from Senior Production Specialist and layout operator. Managed 28 people. Responsible for delegating job assignments, maintaining product flow, troubleshooting production equipment and overseeing all operations of my department. Also managed and conducted quality control inspections.

Responsible for 28 employees. Managed production and quality control for Electromechanical Assembly on 300/500 bowler terminal production line, leading to Test Technician in the Automatic Scoring Electronics Lab. Collaborated with the engineering, shipping and receiving, manufacturing and inventory departments to verify cycle counts for pieces, inbound and outbound shipments.
