In charge of coordinating with servers and chefs to have members’ food orders come out promptly and simultaneously. Responsible for up to 200 diners a night, tasked with making sure all ingredients, modifications, and presentations were perfect. Upon serving, was in charge of rectifying any issues to ensure all members had an excellent experience.

Summer internship at automotive aftermarket finance and insurance sales and consulting organization, part of JM Family Enterprises. Worked closely with varying levels of field sales management team to develop strategies on how to evolve the company’s current business model to incorporate the changing consumer preferences for car purchasing. Collected and compiled data on competitor offerings and emerging business models in the automotive space. Assisted in developing requirements for a technology project designed to provide field sales managers with more timely and actionable data on client performance results.

Summer internship. Led clean-up effort to resolve outstanding client compensation issues for accounting department. Coordinated with district sales management representatives of the company to investigate and resolve all abandoned properties, which consisted of approximately $2.2 million worth of payments unclaimed by clients. Organized large amounts of raw data in Excel in order to compile reports of all outstanding items, sorted and distributed them according to district, compiled the responses, and resolved as appropriate. Resolutions included obtaining I-9 information, updating other information, and correcting errors, followed by reissue of checks and distribution to sales representatives for delivery to clients. Created user instruction guide for check processing program used in daily generation and distribution of hundreds of client checks.
